What do you charge for shipping?

Since this website platform does not support varying shipping charges, I’ve established a flat rate. Use code LOCAL at checkout for free shipping for the following:

  • Calendar orders

  • Greeting card orders

  • Local pick up

When will my order ship?

Your order will usually ship within 1 – 3 business days of receiving payment.

What shipping methods do you use?

Depending on the items, your order will arrive via UPS or USPS.

All orders are carefully packaged.  I double box or wrap each ceramic piece individually in cardboard and bubble wrap to insure safe arrival. 

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within one week of receiving. I will accept returns for a full refund minus shipping costs. 

If items arrive damaged, UPS investigates from the customer’s end and will provide reimbursement if items were packed properly (which I guarantee).

Liz Gamberg Studio is not responsible for any lost or abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.

What are your Terms of Service?

Some products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to the Return Policy. Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of products that appear in the store. Liz Gamberg Studio cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
